The City of Summerville is seeking bids from qualified, licensed, and experienced contractors for the construction and installation of a new, outdoor clear-span basketball court pavilion located at Fairway Recreation 81 Senior Drive Summerville, Georgia 30747. This project aims to provide adequate shade and coverage over the existing outdoor basketball court. Scope of Work Outdoor Basketball Court Clear-Span Pavilion - 80'' (W) x 115' (L) x 18' eave (H) with a 2:12 roof pitch 1. Project Description The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to design, fabricate, deliver, and install a red iron steel clear-span pavilion structure to cover an existing outdoor basketball court. The pavilion shall be structurally sound, weather-resistant, and suitable for year-round recreational use. 2. Pavilion Dimensions and Configuration Overall Eave Height: 18 feet (measured from the top of the finished asphalt surface to the lowest point of the roof edge) Overall Width: 80 feet (clear span with no interior columns) Overall Length: 115 feet Clear Span Design: Pavilion shall be free of interior vertical supports within the court area to allow unobstructed play.
