Argonne National Laboratory is seeking to create a BPA with a supplier that can provide a consistent supply chain for commercial and industrial HVAC filters, water filters, filter media, and screening material. Bidders must be able to provide these items and be located within the Chicagoland area. Proposals must include an executed ANL-70 Request for Quotation (Signed on Page 1), a technical proposal demonstrating the ability to perform the work as described in the SOW, completed Reps & Certs ANL-70B, completed Appendix C Price Schedule, review and acceptance of the ANL-71 COM Terms and Conditions, review of the Scope of Work, and confirmation that the contractor will provide evidence of pricing by submitting the original vendor quote with an itemized list, part numbers, and detailed descriptions for any items purchased.
