Demolition and renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Redmond, Washington. Completed plans call for the demolition of a clubhouse / community center; and for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The work to be performed includes installation of temporary erosion and sediment control, and tree protection; remediation and disposal of all hazardous materials identified in the Hazardous Materials Report; demolition of the existing wooden fence; demolition and disposal of the existing building, footings, building canopies, and appurtenances attached to, within, or below the existing building, and other work necessary to complete the project. All physical work must be completed within the specified time. All bids must be submitted according to the outlined instructions and accompanied by a bid deposit not less than five percent of the total bid amount, including sales tax and all listed additives and alternates. Bidders are encouraged to register as bidders to receive notifications of addenda and to be placed on the Bidders List. Small, minority, and women-owned businesses are encouraged to participate as prime contractors, subcontractors, or suppliers. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities or irregularities in the bid or bidding process.
