The City of Redmond is soliciting interest from consulting firms for design services for the construction of the Overlake Area Bicycle/Pedestrian Improvements project. The successful consultant or team will be responsible for preparing a design report, permits, plans, specifications, and estimates for the project. Participation for Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) or Small Business Enterprises (SBE) is encouraged, and a voluntary SBE goal amount of ten percent of the Consultant Agreement is established. The consultant should include participation of SBE in their proposal.
