Site work and paving for a road / highway in Redmond, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
As of March 19, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on April 21, 2026. Construction of approximately 900 linear feet of street improvements, including but not limited to channelization, pavement overlay and repair, and signal work. The Engineers Estimate for this work is $650,000 to $800,000. All physical work shall be completed in the time specified in Section 1-08.5. All bids shall be submitted following the instructions outlined in Section 1-02.9. Bid Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered. The Subcontractor List must be submitted with the bid package within the deadline. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the form of a certified or cashiers check or surety bid bond made payable to the City of Redmond, for a sum not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of such bid including sales tax, and all listed additives and alternates. The City of Redmond reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bid or in the bidding process, and make the award as deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
