As of April 09, 2025, project has been awarded to the following: GC Builders in the amount of $251,900. Start date on June 12, 2026 and end date on August 07, 2026. Don Fowler Construction in the amount of $318,331. Start date on March 30, 2026 and end date on May 01, 2026. For the award of a contract to construct the Tularc Joint Union High School District Accessibility Modernization Bids must be accompanied by a bidders bond, cashiers check, or certified check for at least ten percent (10%) of the amount of the base bid and made payable to the Owner, as detailed in the Contract Documents. Pursuant to the Contract Documents, the successful bidder will be required to famish a Payment (Labor and Material) Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Sum, and a Faithful Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Sum. The Owner reserves the right to add or deduct any of the additive or deductive items after the lowest responsible and responsive bidder is determined. The lowest bid shall be determined on the amount of the bast bid.
