The Housing Authority of the City of New Britain is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to complete lead-based paint inspections and testing at public housing developments. Additional lead-based paint consulting services will be utilized as needed. The intent is to establish a relationship with a firm that can provide the full spectrum of services required for lead-based paint inspection and testing at the Authority's properties in New Britain. The firm must be licensed and permitted to perform this testing in the State of Connecticut. Testing and report formats must comply with all HUD and State of Connecticut Department of Health regulations, whichever is more stringent.
