The scope of work includes performing preventative maintenance, calibrations, and repairs on various instrumentation equipment. All work shall be performed in accordance with all applicable Local, County, State and Federal laws and regulations, including OSHA regulations for Confined Space Entry. All work shall take place at the Owner’s Wastewater Treatment Plant Facility at 100 Oak Street, Union Beach, Monmouth County, New Jersey, and meter locations listed in the Specifications. Instructions to bidders: Submissions must be in sealed envelopes clearly marked “BID” on the exterior envelope. Bids are accepted via U.S. Mail, delivery service, or by arranging other delivery methods. One original and one copy of bid proposal documents are required. Bids must be submitted in writing on the specified forms and include a bid guarantee (bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check) payable to the Bayshore Regional Sewerage Authority, equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid, not exceeding $20,000. The Owner evaluates bids and awards the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive informalities or irregularities. No bid may be withdrawn after submission unless expressly authorized.
