New construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Peyton, Colorado. Completed plans call for the construction of a 5,684-square-foot, two-story above grade pre-engineered storage facility.
The project consists of a new pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) with outside face of metal construction measuring at 43'-0" by 105'-0". The building height is 20'-0" eave height and includes a continuous T-0" concrete knee wall at all exterior walls. The roof is a metal panel system (PBR screw down panel) with a 2:12 slope, and the exterior wall finish is metal panel (PBR exposed fastener). Emailed bids are being solicited for the 2026 MSMD Maintenance Building (Pre-engineered Metal Building (PEMB) Scope ONLY) project. The entire scope for the Pre-engineered metal building companies to bid is described in the Pricing Summary document, which is available by request to the architect. Only firms that obtain documents by email request will be placed on the Planholders' List. The basis of award will be the lowest responsive and responsible bid as determined by the owner. The owner reserves the right to waive any irregularities or technical defects in the bidding process and to reject any and all bids.
