Design-bid-build and design-build construction services for a broad range of military renovation and construction projects, primarily supporting Malmstrom AFB installation, Launch Facilities (LF), and Missile Alert Facilities (MAFs). Work may include repair, renovation, alteration, and demolition of various vertical structures; building equipment and systems such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and fire suppression systems; and interior and exterior finishes. The contract is intended as a Multiple Award Contract (MAC) with an initial ordering period of five years and a two-year option period, with a total potential contract ceiling of $99,999,999.99. The initial task order is the DSN/CSN Repair Building 1082 HVAC project. Work includes developing conceptual documents for two courses of action (COAs) to provide backup cooling and humidification, along with a rough order of magnitude cost estimate for each COA. The proposed solutions should include HVAC components similar to the existing system. One COA will be selected for advancement to a 65% design and then developed into a 100% Type B design. Construction may begin after acceptance of the 65% design. The seed project period of performance is 242 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. Location: Malmstrom Air Force Base, Montana.
