Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Great Falls, Montana. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway.

Cascade County is requesting qualifications for engineering services related to the design and reconstruction of 1.0 mile of Black Eagle Road in Black Eagle, MT. Services may include preliminary design, community meetings, preparing bidding documents, construction administration, and any other services deemed necessary to complete the project. Geotechnical investigations and analysis will be required due to current road conditions. Proposals must be submitted in printed form, include a cost estimate for the professional services, and remain valid for 90 days. Proposals received after the specified date and time will not be considered. The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities, to evaluate the proposals submitted, and to accept the proposal which best serves the interests of Cascade County.
