Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The work consists of two parts: Part 1 - City Funded Work and Part 2 - Manitoba Hydro Funded Work. Part 1 includes asphalt pavement reconstruction and associated works at Arlington Alley (Arlington Street to Tecumseh Street), Elgin Avenue West (Keewatin Street to Worth Street), and Tecumseh Alley (Tecumseh Street to Emily Street); asphalt pavement resurface at Dexter Alley (Ostafiew Farm Road to Brophy Avenue) and Logan Avenue (Brookside Boulevard to Omans Creek Boulevard); concrete pavement reconstruction at Marigold Bay (Sinclair Street to Sinclair Street); concrete pavement rehabilitation at Garden Park Alley (Templeton Avenue to Beecher Avenue) and McKelvey Street (Logan Avenue to End); thin bituminous overlay at Poplynn Drive (Egesz Street to Egesz Street); new asphalt pathway at Red River College (Dalton Crescent to Skinner Road); and sewer repairs at Marigold Bay and McKelvey Street. Part 2 consists of street lighting and associated works at Elgin Avenue West (Keewatin Street to Worth Street) and Marigold Bay (Sinclair Street to Sinclair Street). The work includes a range of activities such as renewal and removal of sidewalks and pavements, excavation, compaction, installation of catch basins, sewer service pipes, subdrains, insulation of watermains, placement of geotextile fabric and geogrid, construction of various concrete and asphalt elements, grading and regrading of boulevards and sidewalk blocks, placement of topsoil and sod, installation of detectable warning tiles, sewer repairs, and street lighting works including installation and removal of street light poles, conduits, cables, and related civil and electrical work.
