This project consists of structural stabilization, concrete repair, drainage improvements, and moisture mitigation for the existing reinforced concrete cart underpass located beneath 95th Street, approximately 1/4 mile north of Baseline Road. The underpass provides protected passage for golf carts and pedestrians between the east and west portions of the course. The tunnel structure is approximately: 70 feet long (east to west) 10 feet wide by 10 feet high at the east end 10 feet wide by 9 feet 6 inches high at the west end The structure includes reinforced concrete walls, ceiling, and slab floor, along with 8-inch thick reinforced concrete wing walls at each entrance. The underpass is currently rated in Fair condition due to cracking, moisture infiltration, concrete deterioration, and wing wall displacement.
