The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and all else necessary to construct the improvements designated as HARVEST HILLS EAST MULTI-USE TRAIL. The scope includes mobilization/demobilization, constructing 5" PCC sidewalk, constructing 6" PCC multi-use trail, installing erosion control with seeding, constructing PCC curb ramp, subgrade preparation, constructing detectable warning panel, removing and replacing curb and gutter if necessary, topsoil moving, and common earthwork. All work must be performed in accordance with drawings and specifications prepared by the designated engineers. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount specified as evidence of good faith. Bids must be submitted on the proposal form provided. All costs for obtaining documents are the responsibility of the bidder and are non-refundable. Only bids from those listed on the appropriate planholders lists will be accepted. The entity reserves the right to waive informalities and reject any or all bids.
