Renovation of an educational facility in Broadview Heights, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The work consists of all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the replacement of the roof at Brecksville-Broadview Heights Middle School (Roof Section 5). Bids must be submitted on forms furnished by the architect and be accompanied by bid security in the form of a 100% bid guarantee and contract bond, conforming to the requirements of Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code, or a certified check in an amount of 10% of the bid. Bids should be clearly identified as being for the work specified above. No bid will be considered unless submitted using the required forms. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and accept the bid and any alternates that serve the best interest of the Owner. Construction Documents (Project Manual and Plans) are available from SE Blueprint at the bidder's expense and are nonrefundable.
