To furnish and deliver 102,000 gallons of emulsion, more or less, in accordance with the latest State of Wisconsin Division of Highways specifications and attached specifications. Materials will be furnished at various times in various quantities from the period of June 2026 to October 2026. All prices are F.O.B. site in Vernon County. Material will be ordered by 4:00 p.m. for next day early morning delivery. The successful bidder must be prepared to furnish on demand a certified analysis of material delivered. All materials will be tested at County’s expense. The Infrastructure Committee reserves the right to reject all bids or to accept any bid they deem is in the best interest of Vernon County. Bids are subject to approval by the Vernon County Infrastructure Committee.
