As of April 14, 2026 project was awarded to Gerke Excavating Inc, awarded amount is $664,300.30 The Project consists of sanitary sewer, water main, and storm sewer system replacement and street reconstruction on Adams Street. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. The work is subject to the provisions of Sections 61.54, 62.15, 66.0901, and 66.0903(1m) of the Wisconsin Statutes. The Project is funded in part with funds from the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources Safe Drinking Water Loan Program (SDWLP) and the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources Clean Water Fund Program (CWFP). Minimum salaries and fringes to be paid on the Project shall be in accordance with the prevailing wage rate determination established by the Federal Department of Labor (DOL).
