Vernon County is requesting proposals for electrical services to follow State of Wisconsin approved building plans for a 50' x 100' building. Labor and equipment to complete the construction phase should be included. Vernon County will serve as the General Contractor for the entire project. The project involves constructing a new storage facility to replace the current storage facility for County vehicles and equipment. The electrical scope includes: a minimum of 12 electrical outlets along the wall, a 3 phase inverter, wiring for 4 overhead doors, wiring for bathroom lighting and heater, wiring for furnaces according to plan, wiring for outdoor wall lighting, and wiring and lighting for LED interior lights. There is an option for a transfer switch for a future generator. Consultants may submit alternate proposals or cost-saving alternatives that meet the minimum requirements. Each scope of work cost should be broken out separately. Submit one electronic and five written copies of the proposal. Provide name and contact information for the primary site manager. Failure to respond to each requirement may be the basis for rejecting a response.
