Site work and new construction of an industrial development in Viroqua, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a 5,000-square-foot, one-story above grade industrial development.
Vernon County is requesting proposals for plumbing for a new storage facility that will replace the current storage facility for county vehicles and equipment in Viroqua, Wisconsin. The scope of work includes water and sanitary sewer connection to city infrastructure, plumbing for a bathroom, eye wash station, hose reel, and floor drains in the bay according to plan. Labor and equipment to complete the construction phase should be included. Vernon County will act as the general contractor for the project. Consultants may submit alternate or creative cost-saving proposals, which must meet the minimum requirements and have each scope of work cost broken out separately. Submit one electronic and five written copies of the proposal. Provide the name and contact information for the primary site manager. Proposals not submitted on time will not be accepted. Vernon County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive technicalities in any proposal or part thereof deemed to be in the best interest of the County. The County must comply with open records law.
