Description

Site work and new construction of an industrial development in Viroqua, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a 5,000-square-foot, one-story above grade industrial development.

Vernon County is requesting proposals for doors to be used in a new storage facility, constructed according to State of Wisconsin approved building plans for a 50' x 100' building. The scope includes labor and equipment to complete the construction phase, with Vernon County serving as the General Contractor. The project consists of installing 4 insulated overhead garage doors (14' x 14' with openers, minimum 2" insulation) and 3 service doors as specified in the State-approved plans. Consultants may submit alternate or creative cost-saving proposals that meet the minimum requirements. Each scope of work cost must be broken out separately if submitting a complete construction package. Submissions should include both an electronic and five written copies of the proposal, and the name and contact information for the primary site manager must be provided. Failure to respond to each requirement in the RFP may result in rejection of the proposal. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
