Vernon County is requesting proposals for HVAC. State approved plans will need to be obtained by the contractor and approval by WI DSPS prior to installation for a 50' x 100' building. Labor and equipment to complete the construction phase should be included. Vernon County will serve as the General Contractor for the entire project. The project involves a new Storage Facility that will replace the current storage facility for County vehicles and equipment. Scope of Project: o Heating system for Natural Gas according to State approved plans o OPTION: Cost of in-floor heat Instructions to Bidders: - Consultants are expected to raise any questions, exceptions, or additions they have concerning the RFP at this point in the RFP process. - Alternate or creative cost-saving proposals that meet the minimum requirements and scope are permitted and should be indicated in the proposal. Consultants may submit more than one proposal. Each scope of work cost should be broken out separately. - Submit one electronic and five written copies of the proposal to the Building's Supervisor at Vernon County, 1335 Railroad Avenue, Viroqua, WI 54665. Proposals not submitted on time will not be accepted. - Provide the name and contact information for the primary site manager.
