Site work for a water / sewer project in Valencia, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Dover Township in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid. Each bidder must be prepared to submit evidence of qualifications to perform the work. This project is funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and is subject to the Davis-Bacon Act and wages must be paid according to the U.S. Labor Department's Wage Decision included in the specifications, Section 3 of the Housing Act of 1968, and the President's Executive Order 11246 or any other order prohibiting discrimination in employment. The contract time for this project is one hundred fifty (150) calendar days. Dover Township reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids. Required submission documents include the individual submitter's name, title, email, phone, required supporting documents, Bidder Acknowledgements, and a completed Pricing Section using the provided templates. Question Deadline 03/12/2026 at 5:00 PM ET Online, All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents shall be submitted to Engineer in writing via Online, Questions received less than five (5) days prior to the date for opening of bids will not be answered.
