The City of West Sacramento is accepting sealed responses for HVAC Replacement at Bridgeway Lakes Boathouse. The bid specifications, including instructions on how to bid, standards for a responsive bid, and project specifications, are attached hereto in Attachments and incorporated herein by reference as if set forth in full. The Boathouse at Bridgeway Lakes consists of three facilities: the Community Room, offices, and snack bar, and is intended for smaller gatherings of 75 guests or less. Parking is limited and spots are shared with park users. Question Deadline 04/30/2026 at 5:00 PM PT as per Adda 1 , A Proposer may submit Questions related to this RFP to the City through the City's e-Procurement Portal Online.
