Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Spring Lake, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing the following: 3,660 feet of 8’ wide HMA pathway on Hickory Street; 4,105 feet of 8’ wide HMA pathway on Rannes Street; 1,492 feet of 24” Perforated Storm Sewer; 73 feet of 10’ wide Treated Timber Boardwalk; including all necessary appurtenances and restoration. Sealed bids are required. Contract documents may be examined online or at specified offices. Drawings and specifications are available online to members of a specific plan room, with hard copies available for a fee. A bid bond, certified check, or cashier’s check payable to Spring Lake Township in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total price must accompany each bid and shall bind the bidder for a period of forty-five days after receipt of bids. Final project completion is required by November 1, 2026, with all work to be substantially completed within 16 weeks of commencement of construction.
