West Michigan Academy of Arts and Academics will receive sealed bids from general contractors for the Toilets and Art Room Renovations project at 17350 Hazel Street, Spring Lake, MI. Bids must be submitted in triplicate and include a digital copy as a combined PDF on a thumb-drive in a sealed envelope by the due date and time specified. Required disclosure forms include a sworn and notarized statement of familial relationships, a duly completed and signed Iran Economic Sanctions Compliance Certificate, and a signed Non-Collusive Affidavit. Bids without these documents will not be accepted. The project must comply with prevailing wage requirements. Each bidder must provide a bid surety bond of at least 1/20 of the bid amount from a surety company rated A- or better, or a certified check. Bid securities will not be released until either the bid hold-firm date or successful contract execution.
