Question deadline is 03/10/2026 at 12:00 PM Project No. 11-02-00-01-0-002-014 Sealed bids are invited for Site, HVAC, and Plumbing work as part of the Cortland Enlarged City School District 2021 Capital Project Phase 4. The project includes work at the Junior Senior High School and Randall Middle School. Bids must be submitted in duplicate. Bidders should refer to the 2008 Wicks Reform for additional bid submission procedures not otherwise outlined in the contract documents. Contract Documents can be examined at several listed locations and may be obtained electronically or in paper format from Plan & Print Systems, Inc. for a fee or deposit. Only complete sets will be issued, and plan holders must provide their status and contact information at the time of order. Addenda will be emailed or sent in hard copy as appropriate. Contract Documents must be returned within 30 days after the bid opening for a refund of the deposit. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all Bids. Each Bid must be accompanied by the required bid security. The work must be completed by the dates set forth in the Multiple Contract Summary.
