Renovation of an educational facility in Cortland, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 41,812-square-foot educational facility.
CR#: 2131765 The project involves ADA bathroom upgrades at Old Main, SUNY Cortland. Project work is described in Project Manual and drawings. The work generally consists of an Interior renovation of an existing toilet room. Scope of work includes selective demolition of the existing space, new plumbing fixtures, all new finishes at floor, wall and ceilings with new lighting. Project also includes new mechanical; electrical, plumbing and dry sprinkler system along with other work as described on the contract documents. Bidders must submit sealed bids for project number 20240032. Bidding and contract documents can be examined at specified locations and full sets may be obtained from Syracuse Blueprint Co. with a nonrefundable deposit of $45. Submissions should be in duplicate and must follow the provided instructions in the Information for Bidders. Bid security of at least five percent of the total bid amount is required. Certified Minority and Women Owned and Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses may have the document deposit waived. Participation by minority business enterprises is encouraged, with MWBE goals set at 19% for MBE and 11% for WBE. The State University of New York reserves the right to reject any bid. The project budget is $3,600,000. All work on this Contract is to be completed August 5, 2027.
