Through this Request for Proposals, the District of Lake Country invites proposals from suitably-qualified organizations for the provision of streetlight maintenance services on an 'as and when required' basis, to provide repairs, replacement and associated services for the District's network of streetlights and related lighting systems on public roadways. A preferred contractor will be selected to enter into a Standing Offer Agreement for streetlight maintenance services for an initial term of 1 year, with the possibility of extension for up to four additional years. The District does not guarantee any minimum quantity of services or exclusive provision of services during the agreement term. Submissions must be delivered using the methods specified in the instructions, and questions related to the opportunity should be submitted before the stated enquiry deadline.
