The Office of State Procurement requests proposals for the installation and replacement of one (1) new Eaton 93PM 50 kVA with an independent external load transfer bypass switch (or State approved equivalent) Uninterruptable Power System (UPS), and ongoing maintenance and repair at the Minnesota Lottery Roseville Data Center located at 2645 Long Lake Road, Roseville, MN 55113. The Contractor will also be responsible for the removal and proper disposal of the existing UPS unit. CONTRACT PERIOD. The Contract term will begin on April 1, 2026, or upon the date of contract execution, whichever is later, to October 31, 2026, or 36 months after the date of contract execution, with the option to extend up to 36 months, upon agreement by both parties. ESTIMATED AMOUNT. The estimated total dollar value of the Contract for one year is $225,000.00 to $250,000.00. However, this shall not be construed as either the minimum or maximum amount. SUBMITTING QUESTIONS. Any questions or clarifications in regard to this Solicitation must be made in writing, via email to John H. Roth, Buyer III, at john.h.roth@state.mn.us. If a Responder discovers any significant ambiguity, error, conflict, discrepancy, omission, or other deficiency in the RFP, they must immediately notify the AMS/Buyer in writing of such error and request modification or clarification of the document. All questions should be submitted no later than March 12, 2026, at 3:00 PM CT. All questions received by the cut-off date and time will be responded to via an addendum. PRE-APPROVED EQUIVALENT REQUEST DEADLINE AND PROCESS: Any proposed equivalent replacement Uninterruptable Power System (UPS) unit can be requested for approval prior to the solicitation due date and time. Please submit request to john.h.roth@state.mn.us by March 12, 2026, no later than 3:00 PM CT. Requests for approval for a proposed equivalent must include product description, the make and model, and a product data or specification sheet from the manufacturer. The State reserves the right to request additional information about a product proposed as an equivalent. An addendum that lists any approved equivalent will be posted prior to the due date and time. Proposed equivalents that are not approved will not be included in the addendum and a communication will be sent via email prior to the solicitation due date and time. SWIFT Help.
