The project consists of park improvements in Lumpkin, Georgia, under the Improving Neighborhood Outcomes in Disproportionately Impacted Communities project awarded to Stewart County. The improvements include construction of a new splash pad, fencing, sidewalk repair, installation of playground equipment, park building construction and renovation, and other associated work. Bidders must submit sealed proposals, utilize proposal forms provided, and display appropriate licensure information on the envelope. A bid bond of at least five percent of the bid amount must accompany the proposal. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technical errors as deemed to be in the owner's best interest. Drawings and specifications can be examined at the Lumpkin City Hall. Performance and payment bonds and evidence of insurance will be required at contract signing.
