REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR A DESIGN/BID/BUILD GENERAL CONTRACTOR Two Step Procurement Process Reference Number 0000415116 The project consists of the renovation of approximately 39,015 gross square feet of an existing campus facility located at 3381 Marine Street in Boulder, Colorado. The building, originally constructed in 1967, will be adaptively reused to support campus storage functions and provide dedicated occupiable training space. The renovation includes selective demolition, architectural reconfiguration, and significant upgrades to building systems.
