Police Station Vestibule Improvements - Windows/Doors The work includes the installation of a new aluminum vestibule entrance system with laminated tempered glass, a new aluminum door, structural box header, and glass valence above. The contractor must coordinate with City of Des Moines vendors for items not part of this contract, including the installation of a card reader, relocation of security camera, and necessary wiring, all in accordance with the contract documents at the west entrance of the Des Moines Police Station building at 25 E 1st Street, Des Moines, Iowa. The work must be constructed in accordance with the SUDAS Standard Specifications, 2025 Edition, as modified by the supplemental specifications and special provisions included in the contract documents. The contractor is required to complete the work as specified, guaranteeing the work as required by law, and in strict compliance with the project completion provisions. If unable to perform the work as required, the contractor should not submit a quotation.
