Site work and addition to an educational facility in Des Moines, Iowa. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility.
Sealed proposals are requested for construction, repair, and/or installation of improvements for Brody Middle School - CTE Addition, under DMPS Project No. CIP26010. Lump-sum bids will be received under one contract as described in the specifications. Bids must be submitted on the approved bid form found in the plans and specifications. Each bid must include a bid bond, certified check, cashier's check, or certified credit union share draft equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount, enclosed in a separate envelope. Products, provisions, and labor from Iowa are given preference. The Board of Directors may award the contract to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder meeting specifications, and reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or any part thereof, to waive informalities, and to enter into such contract or contracts as are deemed in the best interest of the district.
