Site work for a transportation facility in McMinnville, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility.

The scope of work consists of existing fence and gate removal, new fence and gate installation, clearing, windcone (non-lit) installation, and seeding. Bidders must submit the required first-tier subcontractors disclosure form within two working hours of the bid closing time. Bidders whose bids and/or disclosure statements are received after the stated times will be considered non-responsive and their bids will not be considered. Contractors must be qualified in accordance with the applicable parts of ORS 279C. Among other factors, only contractors who have completed previous contracts of a similar nature with satisfactory performance and integrity records will be considered. Bidders must submit qualification statements in accordance with subsection 20-02 of the General Provisions (FAA) with their Proposal. Proposals without qualification statements will not be accepted. The contract will include federal requirements such as Buy America Preferences, Foreign Trade Restrictions, Prevailing Wage Rates (higher of Oregon BOLI or Davis-Bacon rates), Affirmative Action, Debarment and Suspension, and Drug-free Workplace Requirements. Each bidder must complete, sign, and furnish with their bid a "Certification of Nonsegregated Facilities" and a statement entitled "Bidders Statement on Previous Contracts Subject to EEO Clause" as contained in the Bid Proposal. Bidders who are awarded a contract or subcontract of $50,000 or more and have 50 or more employees must maintain an affirmative action program. Disadvantaged Business Enterprises are encouraged to participate and will not be discriminated against. Bids must be submitted on prescribed forms and be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in favor of the City in an amount equal to 10% of the amount bid. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive irregularities, and accept the bid deemed in the best interest of the City.
