Qualified Roofing contractors are sought for work at Pulaski Middle School, including but not limited to removal of hazardous material, demolition of existing roof materials, architectural work, and roof system replacement. Forms for proposal, certification, conditions, specifications, and any addenda may be obtained online at the provided website. The project consists of approximately 65,305 sq.ft. flat roof, 19,787 sq.ft. sloped roof and related work as per Bid Documents. Refer to roof plans for extent of summer work and work to be completed later with coordination for MEP related work (separate contract) at a later date (possible multiple trips by December, 2026).
