Site work and paving for a road / highway in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

1. 1,780 tons 9.5mm PG64S-22 15% RAP Superpave in place. 2. 2,224 tons of 12.5mm PG64S-22 15% RAP Superpave in place 3. 602 tons of 25mm PG64S-22 15% RAP Superpave in place 4. 4,300 square yards paving fabric 5. 1,400 square yards milling 6. 2,400 tons 25mm PG64S-22 15% RAP Superpave 7. 150 tons 19mm PG64S-22 15% RAP Superpave 8. 675 tons 9.5mm PG64S-22 15% RAP Superpave 9. 61,000 sq. yds. CRS-2PM at .35 gallons Seal Coat 10. 1,600 tons 2A stone 11. 200 tons 2B stone Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by Manor Township. The bids must be submitted with a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid payable to Manor Township. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and award the bids in the best interest of the Township. S Centerville Rd (between Cornerstone and Stone Creek), Manor Ridge Drive (741 to Redwood Dr), Hearthstone Rd ( Bridle to Stable), Norcross Rd, Creek Rd (between Indian Run Rd and Walnut Hill Rd), and Prospect Rd (between Anchor and Letort) A leveling couse will be applied as directed by Township. All work to be done according to PennDot Specifications 408 latest edition, including by not limited to joint sealing, tact coat, rolling. All State work zone traffic laws must be followed. All drivers must be CDL Law compliant. Prevailing Wage Rate Law Applies. All bituminus material may not exceed 15% RAP.
