Description

Renovation of a transportation facility in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.

All proposals and contracts are subject to all applicable state and federal laws and to a financial assistance contract between the South Central Transit Authority, the County of Lancaster, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and the U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Transit Administration. Contractors and subcontractors will be required to comply with all applicable Non-Discrimination, Non-Collusion, Contractor Integrity, Lobbying and Debarment laws and regulations and to certify they are not on the Comptroller General's list of ineligible contractors. SCTA encourages disadvantaged business enterprise (DBE) participation. DBE's shall be afforded full consideration of their response and will not be subject to discrimination. However, a DBE goal has not been established for this contract. SCTA reserves the right to postpone, accept, or reject any and all proposals, in whole or in part, or to waive any and all informalities or technicalities, as it deems in its best interest. No proposals may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening of proposals.
