Libby Airport - Access Road Rehabilitation Project includes Schedule I Access Road Rehabilitation and Schedule II - Parking Lot Rehabilitation. This work is to include all tools, equipment, materials, and labor to complete the project. The project involves rehabilitation of access roads and parking lots at Libby Airport. Bidders must supply all the information required by the bid documents and specifications. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities. f any person contemplating submitting a proposal is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the drawings, specifications or other contract documents, or finds discrepancies in or omissions from the drawings or specifications, he/she may submit to the Engineer a written request for an interpretation or correction thereof. The person submitting the request will be responsible for its prompt delivery. Any interpretation or correction of the documents will be made only by addendum duly issued and copy of the addendum will be mailed or delivered to each person receiving a set of the contract documents. A Bidder who discovers discrepancies or omissions with the project bid documents shall immediately notify the Owner's Engineer of the matter. A bidder that has doubt as to the true meaning of a project requirement may submit to the Owner's Engineer a written request for interpretation no later than five (5) days prior to bid opening.
