Reference Number 0000415230 This project seeks to remedy an apparent subgrade issue causing cracking in the concrete trail surface on the approach to the Maroon Creek bridge. Upon addressing the underlying issue, the trail concrete must be re-laid. A section of trail on the bridge approach is degraded by a series of cracks down the center of the concrete slab. The section to be repaired is approximately 158 feet in length and 12 feet wide. The existing trail surface is to be demolished, removed and disposed of. Note should be taken of the concrete thickness and other features of the prior construction. Parapet retaining walls bordering the removal must not be damaged in the removal. The City further reserves the right, in the best interests of the City, to accept a late submittal or to waive any technical defects or irregularities in any and all bids submitted.
