Salisbury officials selected DreamKey Partners and Self-Help Ventures Fund to redevelop the long-idle 13-acre Kesler Mill brownfield site into approximately 150 mixed-income homes located at North Martin Luther King Jr. and Park avenues in Salisbury, NC. The development team will work with architecture firm Cline and site designer LandDesign, with anticipated phased development supported by Low-Income Housing Tax Credits and an estimated total investment of roughly $43 million.
