PENNDOT AGREEMENT NO. C920003881 Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment and perform all work to construct an open span hangar at Northumberland County Airport in Paxinos, Pennsylvania. Bids must be submitted sealed with the Bidder's name and business address, project name, and airport name and location on the envelope. Bids must be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of a bid bond or certified check in an amount not less than five percent of the total bid. Contract Performance Bond and Contract Payment Bond each equal to 100 percent of the contract price are required for the successful bidder. No bid may be withdrawn for 60 calendar days after the bid date, except as otherwise agreed to by the Owner. Bidders must comply with applicable federal regulations as set out in the bidding and contract documents, including Buy American Preference, Civil Rights Title VI Assurances, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Participation, Foreign Trade Restrictions, Davis-Bacon Requirements, Governmentwide Debarment and Suspension Disclosure, Disclosure of Lobbying, and Procurement of Recovered Materials.
