Reference Number 0000415353 The State of Colorado, University of Colorado - Denver is soliciting bids from qualified Contractors to replace the fire alarm in the CU Denver Building located at 1250 14th Street in Denver Colorado utilizing Edwards System Technology (EST). The CU Denver Building is a 9-story facility with 2 levels of below grade parking, owned and occupied by CU Denver, primarily used for classrooms and staff offices. (See RFQ for full Scope) Award Intent Notification (anticipated) 04/03/2026 Anticipated Construction Start 05/01/2026 Anticipated Construction Finish 11/30/2026 If the construction value is $50,000 or greater a Bid Bond and Power of Attorney or Proposal Guaranty is required in an amount not less than 5% of the total Bid.
