The City of Huntsville is requesting qualifications from architectural and engineering firms describing the experience, education, and credentials of their firm for providing the design and construction administration services for the New Transit Office Modification located at 521 Pratt Avenue, Huntsville, Alabama 35801. This project includes the design and construction administration services for the construction of two (2) offices to be located within the waiting area of the Huntsville Transit Transfer Station. The submission shall include the following: Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Bidding & Negotiation, Construction Administration Services, and a Schedule of Hourly Rates for Additional Services. The Architect's Fee shall include Engineering Design Services for Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing. The Architect.s Fee shall be a lump sum fixed amount that is based upon the constructed value of the design or clearly define the method for determining the Architect's Fee.
