The work consists of the Trench Drain Repair project for the State University of New York at Binghamton. All work on this contract must be completed within 90 calendar days after the date of the Notice to Proceed. Bidding and contract documents may be examined at certain designated locations free of charge or purchased/downloaded from the specified website. Prospective bidders must purchase a bid set from the designated website to be considered a responsible bidder. Bids must be submitted in duplicate and include security in an amount not less than five percent of the total bid.
