Site work for a municipal facility in Rush, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
This project is a follow-up to a prior Abandoned Mine Lands (AML) project to address remaining site issues, including gradework, handling of waste concrete, and spreading of offsite topsoil for proper revegetation of the residential site. Work includes construction of a pre-cast concrete block wall and ramp for basement access, tying drainage into a previously installed subdrain, and installation of gutters on the house to direct water to existing drainage structures. A previously disturbed concrete pad and driveway will be replaced. An existing porch awning will be reinstalled, and repairs to previously disturbed utilities will be made as well. Instructions to bidders: - Emailed and hard copies delivered by any method will not be accepted. - Enter $0.00 for Contract Amount in the e-procurement system; actual contract amount must be entered on the "Official Bid Document" and submitted as an attachment in the e-procurement system. - Vendors should review and update all contact information prior to bid submission, as this information will transfer to the contract if awarded. - The entire Official Bid Document and Bid Bond (if required) should be combined as one PDF and uploaded. - Contractors must obtain plans and specifications through the designated state website; contractors not registered as planholders will not receive addenda. - A site visit meeting is noted as part of the procurement process and interested contractors are encouraged to attend. - All procurement questions must be directed to the buyer of record. Site visit participants must adhere to applicable health and safety guidelines for construction projects. ALL PROCUREMENT QUESTIONS SHALL BE DIRECTED TO BUYER OF RECORD FOR THIS PROJECT.
