Hcfc Reserves the Right to Negotiate With All Qualified Bidders or to Cancel This Rfqb in Part or in Its Entirety if It is in the Best Interest of the County. The Selected Bidder Will Work With Hcfc to Ensure the Successful Completion of the Abandoned Mine Lands (AML) Pilot Project Awarded in 2018. The Proposed Work Will Take Place in Lynch, Kentucky. This Rfqb Does Not Commit Hcfc to Award a Contract, to Pay Any Cost Incurred in the Preparation of the Bid, or to Procure or Contract for Services. Scope of Work: The Selected Contractor Will Be Required to Perform: 1. Space Realignment Within the Structure. 2. Correction/repair of Roof Issues. 3. Correction/repair of Structural Issues Within the Bathhouse Area. Hcfc Reserves the Right to Include Additional Submissions May Be Withdrawn Before the Scheduled Closing Time. Late Submissions Will Be Rejected and Returned Unopened to the Bidder. Hcfc Reserves the Right to Postpone the Submission Deadline and/ or Opening Date Through an Addendum
