Hanover Township, Lehigh County, will receive sealed bids for the Sherwood Park Pickleball and Basketball Courts Project. The project generally consists of the construction of two pickleball courts and a basketball court, along with a bituminous path and drainage improvements. Each bid must be accompanied by bid security payable to Hanover Township, Lehigh County, in the amount of ten percent of the bid price in the form of a Certified Check, Bank Check, or a Bid Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Article 6 of the General Conditions. Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to accept any bid which in its judgment is in the best interest of the Owner. No bid will be accepted if obtained from sources other than the issuing office noted above.
