Bid is Cancelled The repair of 521 Lawrence Street. Bid packages are available to licensed N. J. Home Repairs Contractors. The Drawings, Specifications, Form of Proposal, Contract Forms, and any Addenda and Modifications describing the Work will be on file and may be examined at the offices of the architect. Complete electronic copies of the Bid Documents may also be obtained by emailing the Architect. Printed copies are also available for a non-refundable fee, with additional charges for mailing. Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes marked "521 Lawrence Street Repair Bid" in the lower left-hand corner. Bids will be reviewed by staff and awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive formalities, informalities, and technicalities therein. A pre-bid conference will be held at the property for firms to inspect and ask questions about the scope of work. All inquiries regarding the bid specifications shall be directed in writing to the architect. All other inquiries shall be directed in writing to the DHCD Director. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
