Demolition and site work for a laboratory facility in Boulder, Colorado. Conceptual plans call for the demolition of a laboratory facility; and for site work for a laboratory facility.
The work consists of providing design-build construction services to demolish Building 2A on the NIST Boulder Campus, including disconnecting the building from all utility services, mitigating existing mold, completing full demolition and removal of the structure, returning the subgrade to the elevation of adjacent soils, and installing new concrete sidewalk, new asphalt flatwork at vehicular surfaces, new parking striping on asphalt surfaces, and safety lighting for this section of the parking lot in accordance with the statement of work. Location: National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Boulder Campus, 325 Broadway, Boulder, CO 80305 The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
