The work consists of providing design-build construction services to demolish Building 2A on the NIST Boulder Campus, including disconnecting the building from all utility services, mitigating existing mold, completing full demolition and removal of the structure, returning the subgrade to the elevation of adjacent soils, and installing new concrete sidewalk, new asphalt flatwork at vehicular surfaces, new parking striping on asphalt surfaces, and safety lighting for this section of the parking lot in accordance with the statement of work.
