Renovation of a fire / police facility in Americus, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
**As of April 8, 2026 , this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on April 21, 2026.** Purchase and install two 7.5 ton Split Heat Pump Systems utilizing R-454B refrigerant, new air handlers for each unit, and all other materials and equipment to properly install according to all codes, regulations, and laws of the State of Georgia. A bid is also needed for four 24,000BTU ductless systems using the same refrigerant as above.
